Alain Marty founded the Wine Business Circle in 1991. Today, it meets at Nantes and in 13 other towns Barcelona, Bordeaux, Lille, Luxembourg, Lyon, Madrid, Marseille, Nice, Paris, Rennes, Strasbourg, Toulouse and Tours.

Dinner prepared by Jean-Yves Gueho (1*), head chef at the Atlantide 1874, trained in Alsace at the Auberge de l'Ill (2*), chef in New Orleans and Hong Kong. The chef's cuisine is very precise and refined, with a strong emphasis on fish.

To become a member, you need to pay an entrance fee** of €540 inc. VAT (€450 ex. VAT) and an annual subscription of €588 inc. VAT (€490 ex. VAT), then choose to pay the price of the dinner or subscribe to a preferential package.
