
Paris membership
Alain Marty founded the Cercle Wine Business in 1991. Today, it has more than 1,100 company directors and self-employed professionals and meets every month in the lounges of the Bristol, the Shangri-La or the Petrossian.
The evenings are attended by over 350 people on the themes of "Economy, Gastronomy & Great Wine Tasting":
- 6.00 pm - Economic conference
- 7.00 pm - Private champagne and wine tasting room
- 7.45pm - Speeches by the guests of honour
- 8.45pm - Dinner directed by Tony Xu (1 Michelin star chef) and Simon Havage (Executive Chef at the Shangri-La) or Arnaud Faye (Executive Chef at the Hôtel Le Bristol) combined with a tasting of grands crus commented by the winegrowers and David Cobboldco-founder of the Académie des Vins et Spiritueux or Philippe Faure Bracthe world's best sommelier.

- 23h15 - Carré VIP at Castel (15 rue Princesse - Paris VI)

Membership of the Wine Business Circle is reserved exclusively for company directors and self-employed professionals. It is essential to be sponsored and to pay an entry fee (€950 excluding VAT), then to subscribe to one of the three annual subscription options:
